By bringing together multiple perspectives, we will learn how product development teams can focus their efforts to quickly create cost-effective products that exceed customers' expectations.

New Product Announcement from Sara Beckman.
Charley's here!! After a slightly longer and more arduous production ramp than expected, Charley was delivered two days beyond schedule on Sunday, November 17th at 1:20 p.m. (Who won the pool????) As you might expect, he meets all of Mom and Dad's product specifications: 7 pounds, 8 ounces; 20 inches; thick dark hair; blue eyes (at least for now); clear potential for a great gold swing; and most importantly, happy and healthy. We look forward to introducing him to the market in a few weeks!! Thanks for being part of bringing him into the world.
