This course is aimed at developing the interdisciplinary skills required for successful product development in today's competitive marketplace. We expect students to be disciplinary experts in their own fields (e.g., engineering, business). By bringing together multiple perspectives, we will learn how product development teams can focus their efforts to quickly create cost-effective products that exceed customers' expectations.

New Product Announcement from Sara Beckman.
Charley's here!! After a slightly longer and more arduous
production ramp than expected, Charley was delivered two days
beyond schedule on Sunday, November 17th at 1:20 p.m. (Who
won the pool????) As you might expect, he meets all of Mom and
Dad's product specifications: 7 pounds, 8 ounces; 20 inches; thick
dark hair; blue eyes (at least for now); clear potential for a great gold
swing; and most importantly, happy and healthy. We look forward
to introducing him to the market in a few weeks!! Thanks for being
part of bringing him into the world.
