For the two weeks we were both in England in July 2004 we decided to do a trip to climb Snowdon in North West Wales. Although the climb up Snowdon in cloud was hair-raising at times we were later illuminated with beautiful sunshine through the clouds. The 21st July was particularly special as Maria and I got engaged half way down at a beautiful spot. We camped in Anglesey then toured the North Wales coast before visiting Oxford on our journey back. Plenty of celebrations followed...
